3. Intellectual Property

4. Community Participation

Removal may occur for:

* Harassment
* Misrepresentation
* Violating program guidelines

No refunds will be issued for removal due to these reasons.

5. Affiliate Program

You agree to:

7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

This includes:

If a refund is approved:

8. Subscription and Billing

If you are enrolled in a payment plan or membership:

* Payments are billed automatically
* You may cancel at any time
* Access continues until the end of your billing period
* No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

9. Payment Terms

* Payments are processed through Kajabi and/or Stripe
* Failed or missed payments may result in immediate suspension of access

If you are on a payment plan:

* You are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time
* If a payment fails or is missed, your access will be paused until resolved

Reinstatement Fee:

If your account is suspended due to a failed or missed payment, a $25 reinstatement fee will be required to restore access.

Access will not be restored until all outstanding payments and the reinstatement fee are paid in full.

Continued non-payment may result in permanent termination of access.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

* Violate these terms
* Engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior
* Abuse the program, platform, or community

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

* Third-party platform changes
* Service interruptions
* Individual results

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the program.

12. Dispute Resolution

You agree to contact us first to resolve any disputes.
